Free Appraisal - we will provide all sellers with a detailed appraisal document outlining the methodology used and giving a potential range of what the business might sell for. This is obligation free from listing your business with us for sale.

Listing - If you decide to list with us, we will execute a contract of business sale which us required under the NSW Business Agents Act.

Detailed Information Memorandum - Should you decide to list with us, we will work on a detailed Information Memorandum on your business. This document will be quite extensive and will lay the foundation for introducing your business to propective buyers.

Marketing Plan - we will work with you to construct a marketing plan. MNC Business Brokers will manage this plan and take all enquiries allowing you to confidentially continue in your business without distraction.

Vetting of Buyers - We will screen all potential buyers for fit and financial backing. All buyers that receive the Information Memorandum will first have to sign a non disclosure agreement that protects your interest as the seller.

Negotiation of Price - We will act as the intermediate agent between you and the buyer to negotiate the best price possible on your behalf.

Deposit - As a Licenced Brokerage firm, we hold a 10% deposit from the buyer in our Trust account at the time the price is agreed and prior to the business being opended for Due Diligence.

Due Diligence -As part of our service, we will advise you on the things that potentially will need to be provided during the due diligence phase of the buy out. We can also recommend highly experienced Commerical Lawyers and Accountants should you wish to use them.

Settlement - Upon final settlement arrangement will be made for the valuation of stock within the business and the release of deposit funds.
